One of the key components of the Symbol Delta Documents is a real life possible black budget program, called the Phildadelphia Experiement. The goal of the project was to create a cloaking device for military vessels. The original experiment is said to have lead to many gruesome side-effects and was at the time a complete failure. There is to this day a lot of speculation as to whether or not this event actually happened. In From Death Til Now, the same experiment is conducted on a submarine. The results were, supposedly, just as disastorous. The following is a History Channel documentary on the project. Additional linsk are below the video:
